Muzzle compulsion for dogs in Berlin / Brandenburg

the muzzle compulsion is valid from the 1st of January, 2010 for all dogs in all public means of transportation in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Besides, the size does not matter at all. Very small dogs can accompany their little woman or master in a pocket also without muzzle.
Controllers may decide by theirselves, whether they overlook a missing muzzle or not.
